Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
